Pricing

All prices on the RollDXB are displayed in AED as well as transactions are performed in same currency. Taxes, Duty and any surcharges levied by any country are not included in the sales price and need to be paid for by the customer. Please check with your local customs and Exercise Office to confirm taxes and duties prior to ordering. Clients must retain a copy of transaction records.

While we do our best to ensure the correct display and communication of prices on our site, through chat, email and telephone, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honour inaccurate or mistaken prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.

In order to place an order with RollDXB we ask you provide personal details such as your real name, email address, telephone number as well as any other information that is requested from you. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Additionally, you will be required to provide valid payment information that you verify are your own. Payment information should match the billing name. For security purposes, RollDXB may request additional documentation such as a copy of your ID, passport or credit card.

Visa and Master Card are accepted for payment. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 16 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact.
