1. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on model of skates and availability after receiving your order confirmation by phone. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or ready to be picked up.
2. We do only domestic delivery. If you are interested in delivery outside UAE (International delivery), please contact us email@example.com.
3. Free local delivery is available for orders over AED800 within Dubai. For orders under AED800, we charge AED30 for local delivery. Delivery to any other Emirate costs – AED30.
4. In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Rink. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will contact you.
Our in-store pickup hours are 2pm to 10pm on Sunday to Saturday? Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a call or email notification from us which will include relevant delivery details.
6. Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If there are factory damages of the item we collect those for inspection up to 60 days after delivery and we confirm if the item can be exchanged for similar product or credit will be provided.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
